3. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Shipping delays

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree that you are waiving any right to a refund, return, or exchange, except where required by law.

4. Order Accuracy & Acceptance

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including shipping address) are accurate at checkout.

Orders may be canceled at our discretion before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery through the contact page on our website, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from our website, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under these Terms.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
