At SheVita™, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription purchase options for your convenience. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your order.
🔹 One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases are final once an order has been placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded after processing begins.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before checkout.
🔄 Subscription Purchases
By selecting a subscription option, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Management

Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected delivery frequency.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your customer account.
Cancellation Window

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Due to automatic processing on subscription orders, we can not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations for customers who forgot to cancel their subscriptions.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons:

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Approved cases may receive a replacement at no additional cost.
